Who We Are

Providing firms with high-quality, accurate and
cost-efficient specifications, project manuals and consulting services.

Specifications have been written for many project types throughout the United States and multiple international locations. Projects have been completed for both the private and public sectors.

We are proud that our services have been used by over 100 firms, of which approximately 95% are repeat or referral clients.
 

JON J. WILLIS,
CSI, CDT, CCS, CCCA

Jon received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering at the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences, University of Colorado at Boulder. Jon received his Masters of Architecture Degree at the University of Colorado at Denver. He is a member of the Construction Specifications Institute, a Certified Construction Specifier, Certified Construction Contract Administrator and a registered Engineer. Jon has over 35 years experience in the fields of architecture, engineering and specification writing. Winner of the 1994 Denver Chapter CSI Symposium Specification Competition and many certificates of appreciation.

Jon has extensive experience and education in the areas of sustainability, solar and lighting design. Jon has many LEED certified projects at every level, Green Globes certified projects, Green Communities and similar programs to his credit as well as pilot projects for LEED for Existing Buildings and LEED for Communities.

Jon is noted for his technical expertise and has worked on many “one-of-a-kind” highly unique projects.
